These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CRETechHub website (the "Site") operated by Merudan Future Labs Private Limited ("Merudan", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern the marketing website only. Access to and use of the CRETechHub platform, product, and services are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement or Order Form) between Merudan and the relevant customer. Where those terms conflict with these, the separate agreement prevails for the platform.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
The Site is intended for business and professional use by persons who are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of any organisation you represent.
2. Use of the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for lawful, informational, and evaluation purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute Site content except as expressly permitted;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks;
- introduce malware or engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site except to the extent permitted by law;
- use any automated means to access the Site or harvest data without our prior written consent; or
- use the Site to send unsolicited communications or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, the CRETechHub name and brand, software, and the design and arrangement thereof — are owned by or licensed to Merudan and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 2, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site (including client and partner marks) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their display does not imply endorsement.
4. Demo requests and communications
When you submit a demo request or contact form, you consent to us contacting you regarding your enquiry and our offerings. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
5. Forward-looking statements and metrics
The Site may present product capabilities, deployment results, benchmarks, and forward-looking statements. Figures described as "deployment results," "benchmarks," or similar are indicative, may reflect specific deployments or third-party studies, and are not guarantees of future performance. Actual results depend on your environment, data, and configuration. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding commitment, warranty, or professional advice.
6. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merudan and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one thousand rupees (₹1,000). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merudan and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Site, you consent to that processing.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Site or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
12. Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 14, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
14. Dispute resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall, as far as possible, be resolved amicably. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and Merudan regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
